Country Fried Potatoes an Country Fried Gravy

1/3 cup shortening
6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 package Bacon Gravy (prepared)
In a large cast iron skillet, heat shortening over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Serve hot with Bacon Gravy.
